You do have messaging capability within the portal which is to be used to schedule appointments, ask any adminstrative questions, and clarification of your current treatment plan only. If there are new symptoms, new concerns, or complex questions regarding your medical care, then that will require a follow-up visit which can be scheduled as a phone, telemedicine, or in-person. If it has been longer than 8 weeks since your last appointment, then that will require a follow-up visit.
Before your appointments, please make sure to update your current medications and supplements.
Patient's do not upload excel files. These open up externally and we cannot view within the patient portal. Only PDF documents should be uploaded. Thank you!
Dr. Samara's appointments require a 72 hour cancellation notice, and IV Therapy appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result with a fee charged on your credit card on file. Both fees are $75. Please let us know ahead of time!
